St. Charles Master Plan

The St. Charles Master Plan shows five villages divided into various neighborhoods, three business parks, a regional shopping mall and a series of parks connected by open space and pathways.  This plan is for illustrative purposes and is subject to change.

Just 15 minutes south of Washington's beltway and 30 minutes from Capitol Hill, St. Charles is the same distance from Washington D.C. as Reston Virginia and Columbia Maryland.
