Approximately 120 acres of prime business sites located on Billingsley Road. This past summer construction began on the expansion of Billingsley Road -- slated to become the four lane cross-county connector. Along with the opening of the 3,300 unit Fairway Village this road will become one of the most heavily traveled in Charles County. Several sites have rail access and with the close proximity to U.S. Route 301 would be an ideal site for a distribution facility.
